Emergency Response Plan
In the case of any emergency that may occur within our community at any time of the year, Kincardine Pentecostal Church will endevour to provide our church attendees and our community with an up-to-date notification of the status of any on-going emergency or alert [via this website].
Our main purpose for this action is to ensure that our church family and community are well informed of any storm conditions and/or community alerts in order to prevent any threat to their health & safety in the midst of any emergency.

KPC EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN (ERP) PROCESS
Our ERP process is activated in the following manner:

1- Any response for action is initiated by any KPC Pastor or Board member |
|
2- This core ERP Team defines the emergency and determines the course of action. |
|
3- Our primary focus will be notifying the KPC Church attendees of the current
emergency alert. |

4- This notification will be issued through various forms of communications.

5- Our first line of communications, utilization of resources and followup actions will be
addressed towards the seniors, single-parent families, sick and handicapped
individuals. |

6- Our next line of focus will be addressing the needs of the remaining individuals
ensuring their health & safety as well. |

7- Whether you are a senior, sick or healthy we will try and determine your needs and
satisfy them as best we can in a timely and safe fashion. |
