Strategic Planning Initiative
Over the past year KPC has embarked on a process that has redefined our Mission as a church. During these months a dedicated core of committed KPC individuals met several times and through the guidance and direction of Pastor Mark Collins & Pastor Darin Latham, was able to fashion a new Mission Statement along with new set of Core Values for our KPC Church.

Real people, Real life, Real passion for Christ

Endless Mission
We value people and believe that all people are valuable to God
MATTHEW 4:19; LUKE 5:30-32; MATTHEW 28:19-20

New Life In Christ
We value the person and priorities of Jesus Christ as being at the centre of all ministry, mission and relationships.
1 COR 3:11; MATTHEW 28:18; JOHN 14:6

Environments
We value environments that facilitate partnership, mentoring and servant leadership.
EPHESIANS 4:12

Relationships
We value building and maintaining relationships that develops and sustains outstanding followers for Christ.
2 TIM 1:5; EPHESIANS 4:29; 1 CORINTHIANS 12:12-17

Godly Leadership
We value accountability, honesty and integrity in the lives of our leaders.
EPHESIANS 4:12

Youth and Children
We value the immense importance that Christ placed on the care of children.
MATTHEW 18:5-6

Our Next Phase
We are now moving into the next phase of this worthy initiative, that being, the implementation of the things we have learned through our Strategic Planning sessions. We strongly believe God has led us through this journey of discovery and now wants us to place these new insights into practice. We are starting this next phase with the formation of three teams. The teams represent areas of ministry that are strategic pathways that we must develop, train in and follow, in order to move our Core Values into realistic practice within the community of believers. These teams will select a facilitator, elected from their own group and over a four month period, explore new avenues which will progress our KPC fellowship into the future and closer to God's purpose for us here in Kincardine. We have provided you with a brief glimpse of the three areas, their prioritize initiatives and their purpose when maturely established. These are portrayed in our Mid-Term Vision Focal Points shown below.

MID-TERM VISION FOCAL POINTS
